Here are all of the books I received with mine. The owners manual is the one on the right in the middle that is taller than wide. It came in the box shown on the left.
I have the quick reference guide I forgot it lives in my center console glove box in case I need it while driving.After seeing your assortment of manuals, I had to check mine to be sure I got all the same ones. I did have all yours but I also have a Quick Reference Guide (pictured). Did you not have that one or was it just buried under some others?
