heated steering and Seats Automatic?

I can only speak from a GV80 perspective, but, as far as I know, the only way is to 1st set up summer & winter preferences in the phone app, and then use that to remote start. Using just the key fob will not do it, nor is there any other way to automatically do it.
As mentioned you must use the phone app.

there is no way I found from the key fob BUT if you use the app to remote start you can set the temp to what you like, what vents are activated and you can activate the heated steering. However I have not found how to do the seats which I also would like.
The app allows to set the heated seats, both the levels and select which seats. Scroll down in the settings.

Yes you can if you use the app there are 4 programmable profiles, the winter one has it as a default
