Hood not even !!!

Does any of GV80 owner has problem with hood ?
Just purchased 2022 GV80 and Hood is not even and huge gap .
If someone knows how to fix , please advise.

Bring it back to the dealer asap.

Went to dealer and need to send to body shop .
Dealer told me takes fewdays and no loaner car..

Did they say what was wrong? If it is just the hood it should take days unless there was an major error.

im basing this on past experience with a Ford I once owned new. My hood was so badly misaligned it needed to be slammed hard to latch properly. Two techs at my local dealer realigned the hood in under 20 minutes. They said I had a 30 day grace period under warranty to fix body defects.

That 30 days is awfully generous of them, because unless there's other noticeable physical damage, alignment could get worse over time and is more often hard to notice immediately.
So I'd be surprised if they got away with that even tho they told you.
Some of the stuff coming out of dealers mouths is complete horse manure....
Just sayen - consumers are often fed a tremendous load of BS and who's to question it?

I have the same problem. Took it to the dealer where we bought it from, showed them the gaps. Ok, sent it to the body shop, came back really the same. Sent it back again a very small improvement, but still wrong. But if you look it's the headlights and the 1/4 panels. It's a small difference still a problem that I think is connected. Have no idea what to do next. Maybe Corporate!

Did you try adjusting the posts that are under the hood? There are like 4 or so of them. You can twist them to raise or lower them. My hood was similar and I lowered one of the posts and now it's all good.
