This is probably totally basic and known by everyone but me, but what button on the steering wheel or Infotainment Console do I press to make Navigation Guidance Voice repeat what it just said? Control over this function would also allow me to hit such a button any time during a trip and the Voice should give me an appropriate direction guidance based on where I am at any moment. In other cars it has been on the steering wheel. This question assumes that I am already programmed for a destination. Thank you.

I don't believe there is a repeat function, the directions are shown on the nav screen as well as the HUD and if you have nav in the dash panel it is also shown there. The prompt is to let you know something is coming up but you can look in one of those three places to see what it is if you miss the verbal. I've looked at the nav screen and there's no repeat, there's no repeat on the steering wheel and no repeat voice command that works. So I'm guessing that they figure you have it visually in so many places that if you miss it you can just look there.

(Deja Vu! Thought I'd try this forum.) Thanks for your suggestions about the visual alternative, however, there are times when I prefer to have an audible rather than a visual cue. A physical Repeat Button is a fairly common feature in both domestic and foreign cars. The Audi MMI manual says, “Pressing the NAV button* will repeat the last Navigation announcement when navigation is active.” Lexus says to press the Map button “to display the current position, cancel the screen scroll, start guidance, and repeat a voice guidance.” Some General Motors and Ford cars have a RPT NAV (Repeat Navigation) or other button on the Navigation/Infotainment console or steering wheel. Their Manual says to “Press to repeat the last voice guidance prompt.” I was hoping (and still hope) that this might be possible with the GV80. If anyone else can either confirm or deny, I'd still appreciate it.
