Per a VIN document from the NHTSA there will be a new trim coming for the Palisade in the US called the Calligraphy. It should be the top of the line model with the SE, SEL and Limited trims. I'm not sure what the main different will be between the Calligraphy and Limited but I imagine it's going to have more luxurious materials and features.

If that's the case, does that mean there could be a Calligraphy version (or something similar) for the GV80?
