Those are rear turn signals and are very clearly blinking red. Seen most prominently at the 3:40 mark. Further confirmation of this comes from the fact that they are illuminated solid, along with the third brake lamp, at the 3:35 mark before they begin to flash as hazers. It's a shared red element for rear stop lamps and rear turn signals.
On video is can be difficult to differentiate the colour at an angle.
It's almost like a mix of amber and red, but more red clearly. As he turned to the side at 3:50 it did look a bit more amber.
Odd that it isn't as amber as the front but I can get used to it.
I don't get it... What's the concern here? Put a little wrap on the signals that will make the lights look amber, change the bulbs, or buy a different car if it's that big of a deal.
In videos and pictures the rear turn signals look amber but I can assure you that looking at them with the naked eye they're red on my US version.
Possibly in other countries they're amber but not in the US, not on mine.
