Wondering if anyone else is experiencing something similar. My vehicle has about 8000km and I recently noticed that under light breaking the transmission seems jerky. I will be applying constant break pressure and then it seems as though the transmission kicks in and will slow the car faster (causing a jerky feeling) than I was breaking. If I come to a quicker stop I do not seem to notice the issue.

Are you in sport mode? If so, that’s intentional. Try a different drive mode.

Never had a problem; smoothest transmission I’ve ever had. Here’s a novel idea; contact your service dept, explain the problem, have them drive the car (with you preferably) and ask them what the heck is wrong and please fix it…….just a thought.

There were shifting problems last year in South Korea last year that forced a recall overseas, it was because of a software error in the Stop & Go. Nothing I can see in the US though.

The clunk is only a minor issue to me. An average driver wouldn't even notice it. When i bring it in for the first service yes, i will mention it. I feel we are nit picking when this vehicle is so good and the only thing i could notice is the down shift into first gear is rather clunky.
