We have had Genesis vehicles for 4-5 years. Now it seems that the dealers in San Antonio, Texas have ignored the advertised Concierge service.
The dealers are so bad that when you take you car in they don't even tell you when it is ready. I think the GV70 3.5 is the last Genesis I get, not because of the vehicle but because of the dealerships. I'm moving to Tesla and the Apple model of service. I'll take a download to the crap I have to deal with from dealerships in San Antonio. The dealerships here are killing the reputation of a great car.
