Just picked up my GV70 with the sports package with suade seats.
Upon pick up at the dealership, we noticed the partial leather part in the rear centre passenger seat is loose. Its as if they didn't pull down the leather tight enough.

Seevice staff said to give it a week and allow the sun and natural weather to tighten the leather.

It's been a week and week and nothing's changed.

I'm curious to see if other GV70 owners withbsuade seats have the same problem?

I picked up my GV70 in June. It didn't have the problem you described.

I doubt the recommended action to you provided by the dealer.

Hey @josephchai98 welcome to the forum. Have you tried bringing it back to the dealer? This is something they should deal with instead of letting the weather try and solve it.

I've raised this to the salesman a few times and he said that I'm in the queue and the service staff will get back to me soon. He advised that he inspected other gv70s and the leather insert in mine is definitely much more loose than others.

The service staff is full of BS. Demand to see the General Manager. Show them the insert and see what they think about replacing it with one that was made right. Any normal person can see that is totaly wrong. I'll take a picture of mine if you want as I have the same seats as yours.
