Same here. Genesis's problem--not yours. Just log in as a Guest, and all works well!A software update was released on May 4th, but I have been unable to login to the Navigation Updater app for the past few days. Just checking to see if others are getting this or if it is just me and something I need to troubleshoot? When I login i just get "A system error has occurred".
thank youSmall update in the release notes. Mainly to add frequently visited gas stations to your nav and better route planning for EV's to charging stations.

I asked at Dealership, and they are getting the same error. Tried to request it on USB as I did for the previous update and they are not shipping them yet. Guess I will wait.
Don't you think that they also updated the map as well a new features?.. new streets and businesses? I would hope so."Much ado about nothing" !
So would I, but no way to check it without an old map next to it.Don't you think that they also updated the map as well a new features?.. new streets and businesses? I would hope so.

A previuos lister stated to use the "Guest" login to bypass the Navigation Updater login page . OK, so what's the navigation updated app and where do I get it? The issue I'm having is that the nav more often than not errors out when I put in a new destination. Previous ones and saved ones are no problem, and the system seems to know exactly where I am in the world. It's just that when you try to go somewhere new, it says something about the service not being available or there being an error (I forget the wording). Dealer said they couldn't update the nav at my last service a couple weeks ago because the drive they had the update on broke. Yes, seriously. Any advice?A software update was released on May 4th, but I have been unable to login to the Navigation Updater app for the past few days. You get the update from the My genesis web page. Log into your account and look for map updates. (Assuming you are subscribing to the updates) There is an installer you will need to download and then run that program. Currently some people are having issues with logging into the updater program itself, so just log in as a guest if you have an issue. You will download the update to a usb pen drive, but read the specs for the pen drive you need to use. And then plug it into your cars usb data port and follow the instructions.OK, so what's the navigation updated app and where do I get it?
