My last post was about the app not remotely starting my GV80. Genesis updated the app, not it works.

My new problem is that the remote Image pics no longer works. I request images, punch in my code, nothing...

About 24 hours later I get a message that a request to locate my car was attempted but failed.

I have checked for an update to the app, but my app is completely up-to-date.

Anyone else having this problem?

Yes. I didn’t see your question until I added my own post. I can’t remotely start, my calendar no longer links, app hasn’t refreshed in two weeks. Already deleted and reloaded the app. Didn’t fix it. I’d like to know what’s going on, as well.

Weird. My iOS Genesis app seems to be working OK connecting to my GV70. I just opened it, and it said last sync 19 hours ago. I did a manual refresh sync and it completed fine. Not sure what your issue might be.

Just tested vehicle image request...worked ok for me.

My app has worked fine since day one. The only Issue I have is that sometimes my car location will not refresh. One time it showed the same location for two weeks. But starting, taking surround pics locking and unlocking, it all has always worked.
