So while I was driving in Ga this week I wanted to go somewhere specific I started getting this message when I put in an address “No network response “ I wasn’t in the mountains so I thought hummm I might have these little ticks happening again. I called Genesis connect and someone else had just called before me with this issue( which still has gotten corrected) when I was at the dealership and the Genesis connect said they don’t know what it is or how to fix it some we tried a soft reset that didn’t work ssssooo now I am off to get it looked at again for the 4 th time in a month and a half. Ugh... I love this car can anybody else let me know if they have this issue oh and my lumbar support just pops on out of no where they even replaced to button but that didn’t work. Wonder if this pops on after so many hrs in the drivers seat.

Can't speak of the Network issue as I've not had any issues with my GV80, but the lumbar support are you speaking of the ergo motion seat coming on without warning (this does happen every hour on long drives by design) or is it that the lumbar support in the back of the seat changes position without warning?

Thx for your input. No it’s the drivers seat. I didn’t find anything in the drivers manual regarding this feature for the lumbar coming on and off but it does make sense.
Page 3-11 thru 12 of the manual speaks about the ergo motion seat. It refers to settings in the infotainment system under setup. Setup - vehicle settings - seat - ergo motion seat. Posture assist is one of the options in those settings is what turns it on automatically when driving. You can turn it off.

I had my car serviced recently. When I got it back from the dealership, I keep on getting "No network response" whenever I tried to use the Voice recognition to look up an address through the Navigation system. I performed a "Soft Delete" to no avail. Don't know how to fix this issue.

I too started getting that No network response when trying to navigate. Genesis dealer said they usually just replaced the whole system. I solved the problem myself by going Genesis download site, reloaded the navigation update released in April 2021, and problem was solved.

Just purchased my GV70 last week. I also get “No Network Response”when putting in a desired destination address. However I just found out today that when I request a POI the Nav works. Very strange !!
I called in the problem to Genesis the day after I picked up the car. They said they would setup a case#and get back to me in 7-10 days.
The car is well made and runs beautifully with the 2.5 and I am very happy with it. Hopefully the software people can fix the issue soon.

I don't know if this will help or not but I was able to solve the problem by resetting the head unit. I have a GV80 with the Gen 6 head unit and if this is the case you might try this. What I did was turn off the car and wait 3 seconds and then turn it back on. I did this 3 times. After the 3rd time, I waited 2 minutes (important to do this). Once I did, I hit the Map and Setup Hard Buttons at the same time until the screen went blank. Release the buttons and waited for the system to reboot. Went back to connected services and I got the network status of HOME. If it works, you may have to go back into the Connected Services setup and reactivate the services. I worked with Genesis on this and it seems to work. Let me know if this works for you.

When I contacted Genesis about the problem , the Rep. had me do a “reset” before setting up a case number.
My car was built in July, wouldn’t the April update you mentioned be included in the head unit when assembled at the factory?
I Bought my car in August and I had the April update. However, I did get an OTA software update recently and I think that may have messed things up a bit. It was shortly after that when I got the No Network issue. However, doing the procedure I mentioned brought back the network and I haven't had a problem since. Was the reset you performed the one where you pushed the MAP and SETUP hard buttons at the same time?

[QUOTE="Gv70Delray, post: First, thanks to you guy’s that suggested possible fixes.
I did get a response from Genesis last week stating that they made an update that would fix the “No Network” issue. Looks like the problem has been resolved. I can now verbally make “go to” commands that are processed and executed by the Nav.

Can't speak of the Network issue as I've not had any issues with my GV80, but the lumbar support are you speaking of the ergo motion seat coming on without warning (this does happen every hour on long drives by design) or is it that the lumbar support in the back of the seat changes position without warning?
You get a back massage after 1 hr, the seat will also snug up over 80.

In response to the lumbar support, I've notice after driving for about 2hrs straight it will pop out and a message comes up saying it's time to stop and rest.

I had the same problem with my 2021 GV80. Solved the problem by reinstalling the April 2021 update using USB drive. Problem went away. Have since installed the Nov. update. FYI, if you put in an address that does not exist, or has some error in the address, you will get the same message,"No network response"

So how did this get fixed?
