I am not receiving notifications for the Geo fence, Speed alert, Valet alert, or Cerfew alert. Door lock, unlock,etc. work. I have been in touch with the 1-800 customer service for weeks with no result. Anyone with this problem?

I get them all the time, especially the door unlock. I assume you set up your preferences at the MyGeneis website and/or

in the app?

Thank you. I am set up on connected services. I do get notifications for unlocked doors, door lock, remote start etc. Just not curfew, valet, speed, and geo fence.

Ah, interesting... Ok, I have never tried those since I am the only driver and I do not use valet services.

If you leave your car at the airport, you should be notified if the car goes beyond your set parameters. Geo fence, 1mile, speed alert 25mph, valet .5 miles,etc. We paid for the functionality and I cannot get any satisfaction from Genesis. That's why I'm reaching out to the forum.
