I have a 2022 GV80, 3.5. AWD Prestige, with 12,000 miles on it . For the last 2,000 miles I have been getting 13.5 MPG/city and 19.5 MPG/Hwy. I have an appointment for service diagnosis in one week. Anyone else have this issue?

I hate to break the news to you, but that's about right! I'm a fairly conservative driver and I average, since purchase, with 15,300 miles, 17.4.
You can try using the ECO setting, but doubt you'll save much.

Thanks for your response. I do use ECO setting but I still feel that I shouldn’t be getting this poor of gas mileage. Thanks again

Are you using the inboard computer or are you actually taking the miles driven divided by the gallons you buy?
I have the 2.5 and it lately it has been reporting better mpg that I had in the past. Like 25 in mixed driving and 29 on highway only trips. I find that hard to believe as it is better than my Q5 that was smaller and it had a 2.0 Turbo. One of these days, I am going to do it the old fashion way and use may math.

Hey Carl, I think none of these Turbo 6s in the Lux SUV format are going to win any awards for milage, None of them offer up much better than 18 or so MPG city, I'd take the suggestion to do a check how many miles from one fill up to the next then calculate the MPG from the gallons used. If reading the sticker says 18 in the city and many folks are averaging 13 there is most def a problem, kind of misleading, we just purchased our 23 GV80 and I've voiced my thoughts, it's her car but like you I do expect mileage at least at the minumum when putting around in the ECO mode, wish they had a Plug In, we have a Rav 4 Prime and must say other than the size a tad small this is a awsome SUV that can average 60MPG, now that's impressive. PS, other than a few nits, the rotary dial shifter, the front plate, MPG there isn't much to dis about this car, they are offering a Map/Audio upgrade must be downloaded to a thumb drive then installed on the car. Good Luck

I’m using the onboard computer but also on the last gas fill I recorded the mileage and will compute on my next fill. Thanks

I assume you put in your mileage and gallons purchased at each fillup?
I used to do that at home on a spreadsheet years ago for my company car, but these days, most gas pumps fail to give a receipt.
What permissions do you need to give it on your phone app?
Thanks.

None--just signing in. My iPhone app and the Fuelly web site synchronize.
Most pumps DO give a receipt if you ask, otherwise you can jot it down or add to the phone app right then.

Thanks for the info, I may give it a try. What I meant about not getting a receipt was that the receipt thing in the plump is either broken or out of paper. More often than not, I get the message, "See Attendant for Reciept" But hey, I am in Florida. Before I moved here I lived in NJ and we were not allowed to pump our own gas.

That sounds about right for my 2021 GV80 3.5 AWD Prestige also, now with about 13K miles. Based on dashboard reading only, I haven't attempted to manually calculate. It's a gas hog, but we did not buy it for economical gas mileage. It has a boatload of storage and can pull a trailer. To say nothing of the electronic goodies. No problems thus far. Retired, and don't commute anywhere regularly.

Hi I experienced the same on gas mileage I have 11,900 miles. I researched and found a chip to improve mileage and it has made a huge difference getting 21 22 mpg.

Mine (same configuration- 2021 model) averages 16.5-17 mixed mode, and I’m ecstatic with the results! When you purchase a 375HP twin turbo, I think you’re looking for performance way over mileage- I certainly was, and I got what I expected- what a machine. Nuff said!

I have a 2021 prestige model with 16,350 miles and will get anywhere from 15-18 city and 19-23 Highway, usually 22 average. I drive long distances and always use my adaptive cruise. Average 79 to 80, not a conservative driver
do you have a 2,5 or 3.5. I have 3.5 and lucky to get 13 city- 19 hwy

I have 3.5 Prestige, but would add that if you do a lot of short trips that require starting and stopping the car, that can take milage down to the 13 to 15 range city. Obviously, how you drive can have big impact as well as it is fun to "hit it" once in awhile. I do a lot of long trips on highway and always use cruise control and consistently get 22 to 23.
