Are you in Canada? My progression options don’t include cluster, so everything past that is meaningless??
does anyone else out ther have another method that works?
US, but you may be running an older software version. They renamed some things in the last update.

I had the same issue ... dealer did the oil change & tire rotation but did not reset the service interval reminder. I followed the above suggestion (Setup -> Vehicle -> Cluster -> Service Interval -> Reset), but when I got to Service Interval I do not have a reset option ... it lets me enter a new service interval, but when I tried to enter 6000 miles, it said "please pick a value between 1-999" ... I don't want to have a reminder for 999 miles from now. So the only other choice I had was to turn off the service interval notification. Did I miss something?

I believe you need to enter the number of days not the miles!
So it is 365 days.

To set the miles at 7200, I entered 72 and the 00 are automatically added. It's not real clear but the 00 is there on the screen.
