Had an intermittent problem with scroll feature on the main radio screen. Could not scroll through favorites or use the scroll feature on the other 2 sections on that page. It persisted until the car was shut off and later restarted. The dealership was no help in addressing the problem. I contacted Genesis and was given the fix - hold setup and map buttons until the system resets. Works!

It just happened today. The fix just allows me to reset while driving. So there’s still an issue - hopefully it doesn’t get worse as finding the parts to repair/replace in a timely manner might be difficult .

This happens to me a couple times a week. Frustrating, but at least can “fix“ on the fly.

Was hoping latest software update would offer a permanent solution but no luck.

No, nothing new to report. It might happen once or so a week. I’m retired and don’t start the car as much as I would in the past. If I had to put a percentage on it, less that 2% of the time and the reset solution always works. Just hope it doesn’t lead to more frequency or additional issues surface with navigating the console.

Mine does it too from time to time. It's annoying and it's the kind of problem that a dealer repair shop will find challenging because they won't know what to do either..

It happened to me last night. OMG...my awesome KBeast has a flaw. I'll try the fix when I get back in her.

Just traded in my 2022 advance GV70 for 2023 prestige. Knob froze on 3rd start up. Fortunately the reset fix still works.

March 13,2023 Problem still exists about 20% of the time. Genesis has no permanent fix yet unfortunately. I never know if works or not when I get in the vehicle. Really a pain !
