My service has been so bad, I wish I had bought a different car. You pay a premium for a premium automobile only to discover it has nationwide dealership/service issues. Sorry about the rant, I have just spent hours on hold over the course of the week, have been told they will call me back, but don't, and one issue (forward facing radar) is not resolved before another issue arises (infotainment system has had to be rebooted 3 times in 2 weeks). If Genesis cannot get their act together, I will trade mine in for something with better gas milage. For those writing and reading about gas milage, my results are in line with what's being posted.

There was a post from someone having zero problems with their Genesis. Is this a case where the lemon is the one good one out of the batch instead of the one bad one - LOL I would love to talk to someone at Genesis but hear that that too is to no avail. I will wait out the warranty, best case, and ditch this car.

Does anyone in this forum have any experience with PHEV's, Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Land Rover, other?

Thanks all for letting me get this off my chest. I am annoyed to say the least.

My mileage stinks. Will mostly likely stay that way. As for good service. I have not been back or found the need but if it becomes problematic I’m out also. So far so good. Only 2000 on since date if purchase. 10/29
