Hi all,

I was driving home today and suddenly the check engine light came on and the center stack performed a diagnostic saying that all systems are normal, but something is definitely not right.

In any drive mode I've got no power to speak of, in sports+ the rpm's are non aggressive and feels like being in comfort mode, the traction control warning also fails to come on like it normally would. The only way it has any get up and go is to manually play the gears but even then it doesn't want to get high in the rpm band. I contacted Genesis connected services and all they could do was schedule me for service.

The vehicle has been off for several hours, just went to see if the light was still on and it is, once again all diagnostics report as normal. Solid check engine light, not flashing, gas cap is on correctly.

The exact issue also happened to my GV70. Did you resolve this ? What did the dealer say about it ?

My check light came on at 3,565 miles and has repeatedly come back on after the dealership worked on it. I have an appt. at the end of the month and will see what the fix is this time. I love this car but I do not want to keep replacing parts before I reach 5,000 miles. This is not a good sign….but I love my vehicle!!! I will keep you posted.

@Gameday22 Did you get this resolved? I had same issue, but going to mygenesis.com actually gives you the fault code. On the Vehicle Health Status page there is a link to the Vehicle Diagnostics which tells you the historical fault codes
