Hey all, new to this forum. I am super excited to finally be taking delivery of my 2023 GV60 Performance in Matte Atacama Copper. Coming to my house this Friday afternoon, I am super impressed with the Genesis sales experience so far. They're going to drop off the car at my residence and spend an hour going through the main features ... totally amazing.

Last weekend I got a chance to see the vehicle fresh off the truck, at the invite of the Sales Rep. Still dusty and plastered with stickers, plastic coatings, etc. but a good experience just the same.

I must say that the matte finish (on this colour) looks REALLY different in person, it's an almost rose-gold look, at least in harsh direct summer light.

Here's a few quick shots I took, then had to take off cuz the heat was unbearable!

The first few photos are of the sliver (not matte) version, it was the dealer demo. Looks great in this silver / interior combo. I got to drive it in July for ONE HOUR ONLY. I didn't want to return it!

This interior is identical to the one I ordered.

I'll be posting more of my OWN matte copper GV60 later today ... stay tuned!

Amazing! This looks like it has a pink hue in the sun 🌞, pretty spectacular 😍!

I only got to sit in it, turn it on, fiddle with the AC, and poke around. It's going to be quite a learning curve I think -- but I like the real switches and dials, as opposed to the Tesla Model 3 I currently am trying to get rid of.

I'd say the color is more like an iridescent rose gold, if that makes any sense. The sales rep said that I'm going to turn a lot of heads driving around in this baby.

The interior is also far nicer than the Model 3. Makes the Tesla look like a Datsun by comparison -- for those of you old enough to remember those!

So thinking about this particular color -- OK, obsessing about it, the hue seems to change depending on (1) matte, or (2) factory gloss. Also, the sun & time of day. Here's some examples from the web:

Of course, lots of other factors at play -- camera settings, etc. But I take delivery tomorrow (less than 24 hours!) and I'll be sure to post a lot of the MATTE Atacama Copper.

Salesperson said it's going to be a stunner. Sure hope so!

Ok so you are getting the MATTE for sure? US doesn't get the matte version of this color, only the gloss. Some pictures make it look like a pink undertone, so interested to see your photos!

Yup. It's matte 100%, completely sure. First one here in Canada.
