does the GV60 still qualify for tax credits if I purchase before December 31? The new EV tax credit law does not go fully into effect until January 1, 2023. However as of August 16, only cars manufactured in the US get the tax credit. I am led to believe the GV60 is assembled in Alabama. Does anyone have perspective on the federal tax rebate in relation to the GV6?

No, the gv60 is now made in South Korea. Unfortunately it doesn't qualify for the tax credit.

I believe there are plans to start assembling it in Alabama but not yet.

Aside from assembly the components (batteries mostly) have to be US sourced or they don't get the credit. EU up in arms about it.
