I just got off the phone with the Genesis Concierge who has a record of my interest because I subscribe to their newsletter and placed an order. The CSR lady "Comfort" quoted to me Corporate policy including that the dealers were being provided one or two GV70s for the specific purpose of demo rides and that they should not be withholding them from their customers. My complaint "should" get reported. I asked if my complaint would be reported to Mr. Rosso directly (my attempt at humor)

but alas, Comfort did not know who Rosso was. Regarding contacting Genesis Corporate, or Mr. Rosso directly; frankly, I have narrowed my "pick a fight list" and Genesis is not close to the top
