Earlier this week Hyundai Motor Company trademarked "G70e", "G80e", "G90e", "GV70e", "GV80e" and "GV90e" in Korea. Under classification "12: customized: automobiles; cars; vans; sports cars; electric cars; hybrid cars; utility sports vehicles; light trucks; electric cars with hydrogen fuel cells; automobile parts"
These are likely for upcoming Genesis electric models spanning the automakers entire vehicle line up currently.

The GV90e trademark is interesting to me since Genesis hasn't revealed a GV90 at all yet. I wonder if it will be fully electric instead of having gas/diesel variants.

That's possible and they don't need to rush it out. GV80 already serves a wide audience.
But if it comes out soon, an approach like the GV70e is likely.

My guess is Genesis will bring out a gas GV90 in the near future so they can get as much cash as they can before the shift to EVs really starts to happen. Then they'll fall back on the electric GV80, GV70, GV90, etc.

I agree.
Genesis doesn't have to look far either. The 5.0L V8 from the G90 can easily work.
It produces 383 lb-ft @ 5000 rpm and 420 hp @ 6000 rpm which can be enough.

That would be the perfect engine for a SUV like that. Depending on the weight it might be too much for the V6 to give a smooth drive.
Yup, and its only fitting that the '90' family of Genesis vehicles get similar core features like this.
Only exception is if the GV90/e debuts a new powertrain.
