Anyone else have trouble finding a dealership to service their car? I was told by one Genesis dealer in my local (Sacramento) area that I needed to contact one particular dealership (Genesis of Roseville) to get my car serviced.
I called that dealership, spoke to a Rep who told me a service tech would call me back. Two days later, no callback. So I called again, and a different Rep told me they’re not taking reservations because they are TOO BUSY. So four local dealerships sell Genesis, but only one services them, and that one is too busy to take my car in the foreseeable future. If my car were to break down, would it just sit as 4800 lb of useless metal ? I’ve owned Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Lexus, Infiniti, Porsche, BMW and Mercedes and have never experienced such poor service. What good is a 4yr/100K warranty if no one can even service the car?
Also, I recently moved from TX to CA, and there seems to be no way of telling the Genesis App my new location. I search for service, and am told that none is available. Seems like quite a bit for this ‘aspiring’ luxury brand to sort out.
