I'm seriously thinking about leasing a Genesis GV60 (needs to be a 5 year term to be affordable). In theory, the ability to call up to arrange for my car to be collected for services, repairs etc. sounds great. Having a free loan car while being serviced or repaired sounds good too.
There is some flexibility for services. However, if a fault occurs, we need it fixed quickly (especially if the car is unusable). How quickly does this happen in practice in the UK?
