is there a chance that you have already set the seat to close and grip you so that smart support can't move it anymore? The seat tightens based on your drive mode and speed.

No, the option turns off each time the car is started. Lots of people have reported this software bug. Try it for yourself. Sometimes it takes a few minutes of the car being off to reset the option and default to off.is there a chance that you have already set the seat to close and grip you so that smart support can't move it anymore?
I simply don't know. But, for example, the possibility that the car had been charged to 100% and therefore that full i-pedal retardation wouldn't be available. So, aiming for a more consistent and potentially less dangerous driver experience. I note that I cannot select i-pedal until I am on the move above some minimum speed - there must be some reason for that to do with exactly how the drivetrain works in retardation. What reason would there be? Every other EV ex-HKG allows for a permanent one pedal driving mode.
I also have the GV60 Performance model and have the same problem of those settings not saving. Hope there will be a software patch to fix them.Hello,
Has anyone else had trouble getting some settings to stick? There are two in particular that seem to reset each time I start the car. One is Smart Support for the seat- the setting that stiffens the bolsters as you switch into sport mode. The other is the Forward Collision Assist- which I keep trying to set to Warning Only. This is on a US Performance model
Thanks!
