I'm curious to know what everyone is driving now till the GV80 and GV70 Genesis SUV's are out. To start. I own a 04' Genesis Sedan and 14' BMW X3 xDrive28i. I plan on selling both to get the GV80.

I'm in a 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum, which is great TBH. I'm ready to upgrade into something more on the luxury brand side. I don't want to lose the features I have with the Ford, but I also don't want to pay $200 more a month lol.I'm curious to know what everyone is driving now till the GV80 and GV70 Genesis SUV's are out. Privileged kids! NiceGave a 2018 Acura MDX Advance (red) in July to adult kids who keep having grand babies for us! Local Genesis dealer gave us a G70 loaner (new) in July that we still have awaiting our blue GV80. Great dealer!
Privileged kids! Sorry Adult kids. They can’t afford their own vehicle?? I can understand a used 2010 or something but a 2018 MDX . How lovely!
What happened to your ‘adult’ kids buying their own car! Can’t believe they accepted it!
My kids wouldn’t dream of accepting such a thing.
What’s the world coming too?
My adult kids bought their own cars and still gave me grandchildren!! Go figure!!
I’ll be trading in my paid off G80 for a GLS.
Hit a nerve Lol. Love the language. Typical privileged little d***! Make it easier on your kids? You are certainly doing that. Let them work, save, invest, learn the value of such things.I guess if you had worked harder and retired at 48 then you could give your kids something. I was given $499 to g to college and nothing else so it is nice to make it a little easier on our kids. Cars are ALOT more expensive than in the last century. Take your GLS and shove it you a**.
You enjoying the car?Bought a GV80 on November 25th, and sold my 16' Nissan Rogue which was also a great car.
It's okay 👌You enjoying the car?
Anything you don't like about your GV80 so far? It's okay 👌
You mean besides the turbo lag, the miniature glove box, lack of bass in the stereo, lack of a middle rear seat, crappy gas mileage, lack of cup holders, the seat moves back but not forward when you get back in the car, no seat massager as advertised, no way to get rid of the seat belt requirement to make everything work, no spare tire, poorly designed rear cargo system, the round crystal ball thingy doesn't work properly, and that the seats are beautiful but have pressure points? Then no, nothing I don't like 😞Anything you don't like about your GV80 so far?
I'm not surprised. The design isn't refined but the overall target with most Genesis product has been value. Do you think they at least accomplished that? If you have experience with other Genesis vehicles, is the lack of refinement common? You mean besides the turbo lag, the miniature glove box, lack of bass in the stereo, lack of a middle rear seat, crappy gas mileage, lack of cup holders, the seat moves back but not forward when you get back in the car, no seat massager as advertised, no way to get rid of the seat belt requirement to make everything work, no spare tire, poorly designed rear cargo system, the round crystal ball thingy doesn't work properly, and that the seats are beautiful but have pressure points? I love my car, and overall excellent. My point is that no car is perfect. The car is refined, not perfect but very happy with it.I'm not surprised.
