What comments have you been getting from other luxury brand owners?

I’ve been been getting lots of double takes and long stares. Many times see the words mouthed “I think it’s a Bentley?” Or “what the **** is that?!”
Best comment was from a Range Rover driver; “very nice!”

Some well known journalists that were comparing the GV80 to Bentayga stopped at a gas station. A fan approached and asked why they are testing two of the same vehicles. They had to point out it was a brand new Genesis SUV. I think that will be the general response, much like what you received.

A lady in a Mercedes GLS at the ATM asked me if I liked it (3.5TT) -" I love it" and described the plush interior and the slightly stiff ride - but I said - "It's a Gas Hog " ( 15 mpg thus far) . What the ****, I cycle a lot, so I guess I just have to ride more to compensate for my poor ecological decision ...

Pretty sweet to get compliments from a GLS owner. That is a serious SUV. With your mpg do you do a lot of city driving?

Yeah, A lot of neighborhood driving - only put 300 miles on it since I picked it up on 12/23. I'm driving it pretty gently , varying speed and allowing the transmission to shift gears and seat properly.

Although gas mileage might suck, a big benefit will be reliability on a level that Japanese automakers used to be on years ago. Its SO good with Genesis/Hyundai/Kia that they are among the best in the industry.
