Was that what you picked up from the GV80 test drive in one of your earlier posts?I love the AR navigation but it's nauseating. Could be slower.
The colours are nice. I definitely love the high tech front and rear cameras. Not sure if it's KDM only but you get digital services for dashcam viewing.
Oh I live in Canada. But Genesis website shows digital services which I believe is Korean. Was that what you picked up from the GV80 test drive in one of your earlier posts?
Or do you now own one?
Same. Love blind view monitor. Should be a standard in the industry. That is a Korean only option as far as I know. Wish we had those cameras and app in the USA. For now just buy a dash cam, I recommend Nexar
Glad to hear. Highway driving conditions seem the easiest for these systems.Highway Driving Assist II. So smooth and the way it stays centered in the lane, the way it brakes it just feels so luxurious and smooth. Gives you a sense of security that all the others I have tried do not. Been using it a lot lately to rest a little on long trips. Have not been able to get auto lane change to work tough. Much better MPG that I had expected on the 2.5T model, yesterday 86 miles HWY driving got 28MPG total but mostly 29-30mpg.
Have not tried in the city yet. Just HWY and two lane 55mph limit roads.Glad to hear. Highway driving conditions seem the easiest for these systems.
Any idea of what its like in the city?
It's not for the City, that's why it is called HIGHWAY driving assist. Not meant for traffic, lane changes, speed changes, etc.. Also, the HDA is preloaded for highway navigation and changes, not the city. Possibly, the GV90 can be used for the city, but that is still many years away.Glad to hear. I noticed on my trip that the HDA items were white on the dash until I got onto the actual highway, they weren't even available on the on ramps which were the lake keeping and lane change assist. They did turn green at the top of the ramps though. Plus the part of it that keeps at the posted speed limit only does that if you have navigation on. Otherwise the cruise sets to whatever you set it to.It's not for the City, that's why it is called HIGHWAY driving assist. Not meant for traffic, lane changes, speed changes, etc.. It is not on mine. Can anyone confirm whether augmented reality navigation is present on the US model? It's shown in Genesis' promotional videos but some news outlets report that it's unavailable.
Posted by Genesis USA on September 10. Look at 1:17. I'm feeling mislead. It is not on mine.
Some countries got it, US did not. At least not yet.Posted by Genesis USA on September 10. Look at 1:17. I'm feeling mislead.
