In the not too long ago past some auto manufacturers were putting AWD systems in vehicles and did not provide a way to service them.(no drain port for the PTU) There is very little lube in these units and it needs to be changed out at least @ 50K and sooner is better. If the unit is designed to be non-serviceable it will fail and is very expensive to replace as you can imagine.
For my SUVs I always go AWD over RWD or FWD. Do you think the GV70 and GV80 are going to deal with those issues?
