Can you repost your photos here about the calipers ?

Perfect as I am seeing them all.
Great. Not sure what happened with our previous pics that were posted. As an update re-ordered carbon fiber steering wheel, new Carbon Fiber side caps and an additional AIMBAN headrest for my passenger side seat. I also got in ny head that I want the new GV80 smart key fob - already released with 2024 GV80 in Korea and will be available here with 2025 GV80 later this year. Here’s a pics and always I am thankful to rpmtrade@gmail.com for finding and facilitating all of ny crazy wants/ asks.

Nice, I am trying to work with him to get (2) front headrests even though I have (4) captain chairs. He said the posts are different on my 2024 so they may not work. Also my carbon fiber caps are still on a slow boat set yo arrive eventually lol.

I can tell you I had no trouble with the AIMBAN headrest - fit perfectly into the headrest guides - didn’t have to do any kind of tweaking or adjusting- they also work with the latch - move the headrest posts up and down /lock into place no issues so far. I think from what I measure the difference was like an 1/16 of an inch - minimal and no modifying required to install - fortunately.

^^^^. If you are so inclined can you send me some photos to assure him these will fit in my 2024 ?

First two photos are of AIMBAN headrest installed on my driver side and the last pic is a frontal view of what their headrest looks like. My opinion is they integrate beautifully with the interior of Genesis vehicles. I have the second one on order via rpmtrade@gmail.com. He has been amazing and always accommodating with my requests. His service is A++ and he is my go to source for Genesis/Mobis items. Apparently there are quite a few tuning shops in Korea - specifically for Genesis vehicles - and they do alot of modding to the Genesis vehicles over there. I get alot of ideas from him for my GV80. I know it sounds crazy but if there is a way I will look if at all possible, to mod in the 27 inch dual OLED screens into my 23 GV80. Otherwise it’s buy a 2025 - lol.

I reached out to RPMTRADE just now and let him know ur 2024 GV80 should be good to go for the AIMBAN headrests. As far as I researched there was no change to the interior from 2023 GV80 to the 2024 GV80 model as it pertains to the headrests. Good luck ! Got to ship him one of smart key fobs to have converted to the new style key fob - which to me is more along of a luxury line- once I get it back will post pics.

Thank you for doing this as I am still waiting for him to send me an eBay link so that I can purchase both front headrests asap.

Ok headrests have been ordered. Due to family commitments I can not say that I will on here much sadly. Most of my days are spent caring for two sets of elderly parents, and my nights preparing to take care of two sets of elderly parents lol. Well at least my spirits are up. Still waiting for those carbon fiber mirror caps, and I have to say with what’s done so far I am extremely happy with my exterior.

On a sad note my wife was attacked by an aggressive curb causing it ( HA HA ) to bite a chunk out of her side walled tire and scratched the wheel. Sooooo, being the husband I am I’ve ordered her (2) new oem tires and a new set of custom wheels. There goes my dentures fund, but at least now I can say my wallet is lighter when I am in the scale.

Very nice aesthetics modifications. Is there a section for GV70 Sport Prestige exhaust and/or engine mods? I would love to upgrade the exhaust sound and be able to add a few more hp, but don't see anyone on this forum doing these types of mods. Am I missing that thread?

No you are not as there are very few and I mean less then (2) that I have heard about doing so in the States. Maybe in Korea it is popular and possible. Not to throw my other brands out, but i was easily able to enhance that area with one phone call. Now with any GV, I have to go full custom to achieve any upgrade. I get it majority of folks buying these prefer the quiet, but for me having a twin turbo V6 should make the RIGHT sound and not pumped in…

Thanks Dad. That's my experience also with the Genesis cars, and it's unfortunate. Traded in my Infiniti FX35 that I bought new in 2004. First thing I did with that car was take it to Stillen in Santa Ana California, but on a smog approved supercharger, engine strut and Cat Back Exhaust. Can't do that with the GV70's and it's a shame!
